Today was Mom’s appointment with the Opthalmologist. He is very pleased with the recovery of the eye from the macular pucker operation. That’s one good thing! Mom has been experiencing a fuzziness in both eyes, especially the eye that was operated on… we figured that the cloudiness was due to the fact that the eye had not fully healed yet. Turns out she has cataracts.. believe it or not! Due to her upcoming surgery (this Friday) the Opthalmologist will operate on her same eye (the right one) to remove the cataracts in the Fall. Of course there is still the matter of the left eye with macular pucker and cataracts that will also need to be done… Never ending…..
